This is a "For Sale By Owner" project that I created for a client in Columbia, SC. The home is located on 707 Abbeville St, in the "Historic Elmwood Park" subdivision in Columbia, SC. When I met the owner, she told me about the annual home & garden tours that this development has. I was impressed to see how popular these tours really are. This particular home is 100 years old and is a "Four-Square" design. When you open the site, you will see that I have actually produced three different videos for this property, one is the home tour video, the other an "Exterior Home & Garden Pictorial Essay."(The home owner is quite gifted in gardening and she had some beautiful pictures of her gardens, so I took them and made something special just for her.) The third video is an interview I had with Jim Pope, one of the property owners in Elmwood Park. Jim is a wealth of information about Elmwood Park and it's history. The interview was quite interesting and informative. The total project I made includes three videos and the web site to host the videos, home inspection report, subsequent repair info and tax & utility information, etc. I hope you enjoy the videos and the site, plus hopefully you will pick up some good ideas on how to market your property online. |

This is the rehearsal dinner video that I made for Chris & Kate. The dinner was held at "The Bisto" in Lexington, SC and as you will see in this video, they are a beautiful couple, inside and out. The video is in four sections. First it starts with a variety show, then it goes into a tribute to Chris, then Kate, then it goes into a tribute to both of them. We set up two 52 inch flat screen monitors and a sound system. This way everyone got a good view. I hope you get some idea as to what you can do for your rehearsal dinner. |
